Touch of Spring

It is amazing how fast time fly's.  We decided to put a pool in our yard and that took a lot of time to oversee and get complete.  of course once done and to spend time enjoying.  I have since found out I will be a grandma soon.  We look forward to welcoming our granddaughter into our lives.  Finally have found time to get back to crafting and making cards.  Below is a card with an image from Stamping Bella, love the Uptown Girl collection.  Went through a run of loving the new Stampin Up Coastal Cabana color and some of the designer papers that matched.  She was colored with Copics markers.

Of course I needed to color some Besties as well.  Had a love of purple as well recently.

My daughter is trying to help me get myself organized the downside of using card making to relax means I have lots of cards in a box.  Need to get them posted on easy so that I can make room for more.

Trying different Hair Colors

I love the brown hair color combinations and tend to do all my cards with brown hair.  I am trying to do some of the different combinations and these are the ones that I actually liked the colors.  I still struggle to get the black hair to look nice.  Something to keep working on.

I didn't think blonde hair would be hard but getting it to look good on the card is actually harder then I though it would be.

Then there is brown and this is my favorite Copics combination.  I used E 21, E 24, E 29.
